HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

Shipping costs vary depending on the USPS shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check estimated shipping costs by adding items to your cart, checking out, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping charges will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Shipping costs are also based on the size, weight and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur a small shipping charge. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

 

Order deadline: Time 6:00 p.m. (GMT +01:00 a.m.) Central European Standard Time Paris).

 

Shipping costs are free for each order shipped to France

 

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

Actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard delivery time below:

On average, processing time can take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from order date.

 

SHIPPING TIME

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place these orders separately.

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

 All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, parcel post may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies.

 

THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After you finalize payment for an order, you can adjust its information by contacting us via support@mamheo.com within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to redirect it. Here are some alternative options:

– Once the package is delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to ask them to redirect it to another address. Please note that this is at the discretion of the post office.

– If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team – we will be more than happy to help!

- When placing an order, please check your personal information (i.e. shipping address, telephone number, email) carefully to avoid any problems or delays when receiving of your order. Thank you!
